Frequently ignored answers
Returns
How long do I have to return my items?
We put a lot of effort into getting our products just so, and how we hope you want them to be. If we get it wrong, well that’s our fault isn’t it? You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund or exchange at any stage up to 30 days after you have received your order. We wouldn’t dream of charging postage on exchanged items, so we won’t.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Wrap it back up, and send it to our customer services address above. If you are so inclined, please pop in a note to tell us why (we won’t hold it against you), so we can make sure we don’t do it again.
Please ensure that you get proof of posting at the Post Office when you send your goods back in case it gets nicked or gets wanderlust.
Can I speak to someone about a return?
Of course. Give us a call on 07758 453872 and a pretty girl will answer your questions.
Or you can e-mail us at
customerservices@saintroker.com
Why don't you always offer free returns?
It would mean the costs being pushed on to the clothes, and you would end up paying for something that you hopefully won’t need. The costs are more transparent this way, and frankly, we can’t afford it.
How long will it take to process my return?
Worst possible case, 21 days, but usually a lot, lot less. It depends on how busy we are, but we know it’s important to you so will get on it faster than a rabbit on heat.
Legal Statement on Returns
Returning any item within 30 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 30 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, St.Roker will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange as required. You must, however, return the goods to St.Roker on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this, so that’s good then.

Delivery
I don’t like waiting and want my order now. What are you going to do about it?
Sir, please calm down. You can upgrade to Impatient Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery. Just tick the appropriate box when you checkout, you chippy little blighter.
Why do you want my e-mail address and telephone number?
We ask for these details so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. Unlikely, but you never know.
We also contact customers through e-mail if anything exciting happens.
We do not, and will not, make e-mail addresses or telephone numbers available to anyone. It doesn’t matter how nicely they ask us, it simply won’t do.
Is there anywhere that you won’t deliver to?
Yes. I’m afraid that we are unable to send our products to any postcodes that score higher than 4:1 on the polyester:tweed ratio. We will only fight the battles that we can win.
You, Boy. What are your delivery charges?
Orders of £70 and over get free postage.
Standard delivery £3.00
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. In busy times we usually tell you how long it will take us to process it. Work, for example. This service should take between 2-5 working days.
Impatient delivery £5.50
This is guaranteed next day because don’t we know who you are?
Overseas orders
Postage will vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Please ask us to quote prices when you place your order. Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to your billing address.
